Real Estate
We invest in multi-family residential properties and multi-tenant commercial properties through established private real estate firms. We will also consider individual commercial properties on a select basis.
Private Equity Funds
We invest in established private equity funds. We also invest directly into privately-held manufacturing and distribution companies.
Mezzanine Funds
We invest in established mezzanine funds. We also provide direct subordinated debt investments.
Senior Secured Debt
We offer direct, asset-based lending in the form of Senior Secured Debt.
Venture Capital Funds
We invest in these well-established venture capital funds. We will also consider investing in additional venture capital funds on a select basis.
